IATN IS ABOUT TO GET EVEN BETTER
New iATN Platform Update Coming Soon
A big iATN change is coming this fall and we hope you are as excited as we are. We will soon be launching the next generation of the iATN platform/site to make it easier for our members to use and for our development teams to update.
As we get closer to the launch, we will be sure to email you information ahead of time so you’ll be prepared. We are working to make this transition as seamless as possible for you. We will also be providing user guides throughout the site, once it’s launched, to help you navigate the all new iATN.
We understand a change like this can take some getting used to. Our former platform served us well for an amazing 25 years and the member-created content is extraordinary. We could not appreciate it more and we won’t be losing any of it. The reality is, the original iATN platform is difficult to update with new features and the old technology desperately needs a refresh. But don’t worry. Our new platform will continue to feature your previous content as well as your membership(s) information.
In addition to the updated look, the new platform will have a modern code base and fully compliant security features. These features are vital to any company that gathers personal information, particularly one that accepts payments. We realize the new look may take some getting used to, especially for long-time members, but we are confident you will find it more useful than before.
We’ll announce the date as it gets closer, so keep an eye out for our announcements.
Following the launch, you will continue to use your existing iATN email address and password to log in. We will be sure to provide helpful guides and tips to assist you as you move through the new site.
Membership and Billing
Prior to launch, we will transfer your membership information and all of your content to the new site. All billing processes will remain the same and iATN will continue to accept credit card payments via our partnership with Stripe. Please note, however, that we will no longer be accepting paper checks as a payment method. If you are currently paying by paper check, you are encouraged to transition to a credit card no later than Oct. 9, 2020.
We will be providing a video walk-through of the new site approximately one week prior to launch. Please keep a lookout for more information from us as we get closer to the changeover.
