Position Summary: 
Carline Specialists are responsible for the answering calls from automotive
technicians seeking assistance with light vehicle diagnostic and/or repair problems.
Carline Specialists also are responsible for supplying data for various products that
the Identifix sells. 

Essential Functions: 
• Respond promptly to calls taken by dispatchers or take direct calls live 
• Access either paper and/or electronic information to assist in formulating a
    recommended course of action 
• Communicate recommendations with confidence and tact to caller 
• Document problem, customer, and recommended solution

The primary responsibility will be to train customers on the proper use of the ARGIS
system and help them realize the benefits of the software package through
implementing successful processes. Training will be delivered in various mediums
(Onsite, Web, CBT, etc) which will require frequent travel. Secondary responsibilities
include aiding in the creation of supporting training materials and following up with
customers after training to answer any questions that arise.
