Preventive Maintenence Report Printing

For best result in printing the Preventive Maintenance Report using Internet Explorer, we suggest the following settings to ensure the best appearance of the printed report for your customer. By default, your browser will print information in the header and footer of the printed page. Also background colors and images will only display on printed pages if you choose. To prevent the display of the default header/footer and show background colors, change the following settings. (FireFox and Netscape instructions are also available)

Preventive Maintenance Reports can be printed in black and white on color printers by changing the properties of your printer to print in ‘Black and White’. Each color printer settings may vary so detailed instructions are not provided here. Note that for both color or black and white printing, your browser settings should be set to print ‘background colors and images’ that will help show the formatting incorporated in the design.
